You only need to eat, drink and rest like the Gods. About 30 years ago, Toño and José Polo embarked on the Atrio journey. Atrio is a reflexion of their creative, elegant and spontaneous personality. I will let you in a secret about Toño and José. They both left their studies in Arts (Toño) and Philosophy (José), because their hearts were in opening Atrio. Now José owns the best winery in the country and one of the best in the world. Visiting his winery with 40,000 bottles and over 3,500 different wines from all over the world is breathtaking. My husband and I were there this past saturday, september 5th, 2015 to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary with a dinner that arouses all your senses. Each of the 11 gourmet meals is a work of art.
